Matthew Lugliani, MD, MPH, MBA is the founder of Occupational Medical Partners. He is board-certified in Occupational Medicine, an associate professor of Occupational Medicine at University of Colorado Denver, and a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He is passionate about providing the best treatment and rehabilitation available to America’s workers, and his philosophy embraces the importance of getting workers back to work quickly and safely.
Dr. Lugliani’s passion for patients has extended throughout his medical career, even beyond the boundaries of occupational medicine. He has actively participated in several initiatives with the Colorado Foundation for Medical Care, including their Prevention Project funded by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The project addressed breast and colorectal cancer screening rates, and Dr. Lugliani’s participation included working with practices to maximize their Electronic Health Record to quantify eligible patient populations and report improvement data. He was also part of a technical expert panel involved in improving transitional care, as well as addressing geographic variation in health care delivery; he worked to identify and stratify medicare patients who are at risk of readmission
Outside of work, Dr. Lugliani lives life to the fullest, having earned his Multi-Engine Commercial Pilot's License and certification as a Master Diver. His other hobbies include cars, music, horses, food, and spending time with his family.
